private use only
(or in the case
of instructors or
coaches, for use
on behalf of one
client/player at
a time).

methods and graphic
interface, analysis
methods and graphic
displays; and the
target data have
all been created
by us and are protected
by Copyright and/or
Patent.
You
agree that when
using the Website,
its Products and/or
its Services, you
will not attempt
to copy or use the
material contained
in the website for
any purpose other
than your personal
use or, if an instructor/coach,
for the purposes
of your specific
students or team
members.
All
judgments concerning
the applicability
of these guidelines
shall be at our
sole and exclusive
discretion. We
